By using AmbientForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About the service
AmbientForge helps you plan, prepare, and publish long-form ambient videos. Some features, such as YouTube publishing, require connecting third-party accounts and are provided as-is based on those platforms' availability.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your country, to use AmbientForge.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AmbientForge to create or distribute harmful, unlawful, infringing, or misleading content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media, music, or footage you publish through the service.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you create. We retain ownership of the AmbientForge software, branding, and service infrastructure. Do not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service itself.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may close your account at any time from within the app.
7. Disclaimers
AmbientForge is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every video will render successfully, that publishing to third-party platforms will always work, or that generated content will meet any particular standard.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
